Model Cannon Multi Head Weigher
1. Model Cannon 1000 MW-10/14 (Multi Head Weigher)
The product is fed into the top of the multi - head weigher, where a dispersal system distributes the product into a series of linear feed plates. Each Weigh head has its own precision load cell.
These linear feed plates vibrate individually. The amplitude of vibration can be varied to increase or decrease the vibration depending on the characteristics of the product.
In turn, these feed into feed hoppers. After a pre programmed time interval the feed hoppers will open and delivery the product into the Weigh Hoppers.
Each Weigh Hopper is equipped with a highly accurate load cell. This load cell will calculate the weight of product in the weigh hopper and determine the best combination of available weights required to achieve the desired target weight. After accurate weighing, the product falls into your bagging system or product trays.
The more Weigh heads on your multi-head weighing machine, the more product can be added at once, and the more accurately weight portions of product can be produced in the same time period.
2. Model Cannon 1000 14/10 MW (Bagging Machine/Pouch packing machine)

Incorporated with Photocell & nitrogen gas flushing
Fabricated with heavy duty angular structure weigher supported on channel platform
All contacts parts made out with SS, Machine is controlled by HMI touch screen panel.
3. In-feed inclined conveyor:
This Inclined conveyor consists of:
A) Nylon endless belt of 350mm width clit Separator & zigzag wall on both the sides.
B) Collecting tray (Bin) 400 to 600 kgs,
C) 1 hp worm reduction Geared motor drive
D) Level censor, auto stops & starts mechanism fully synchronized with Cup Filler machine.
E) Heavy duty MS fabricated with powder Coated.
4. Pouch takes away conveyor
To deliver the pouches from the machine to required elevated height
